Happy Inauguration Day everyone!
I wish I could've been in Washington, DC today for the big historic day. But when I think of crowds and cold...I don't know. Anyway, I'm proud of this country. 150 years after slavery was abolished, it's about time we overcome our differences and focus on what's more important. I couldn't vote this year, obviously, but boy, I wish I did. I was an Obama fan from the beginning because of his ability to strike a cord with all the people in his audiences. I saw his effect on people and I realized we need a President that can bring the people together.
Unfortunately, his challenges are going to be huge. I don't believe there are going to be major changes in the first year of his Presidency, but on the long run, I think he can deliver on his promises. I wish him a truck-load of wisdom and clairvoyance!
God's speed, Mr. President!
