So, Adrian and I were walking the other day... -trying to do that as much as we can lately, maybe training for the huge walking we're going to do in Europe in a couple days now-...and we were wandering around town...with no destination...just to get out of the house (and into the hot and humid July Florida weather, you might say...yeah I know! not so smart) and stretch our legs...
If you've never been to Naples, well..it's a cute little town with a lot of charm to it. It has very beautiful architecture and the surroundings are just delightful (how English proper). It tries to immitate Italian towns and the buildings certainly have that feel to them. I love it because it's very romantic. So, while we were walking, we discovered some "secret" places, almost like hiding places...like, for example that small courtyard surrounded by offices in the middle of which stands a cute fountain and is full of flowers...how relaxing is that? oh well, small little things like these make me happy :-)
Here are some pics
And the old cars...
So, go out and find your little secret nooks in your own town, you never know what you might discover!
Take care,
Melinda
