This recipe is a creation of my own. Personally, I love cilantro, so when I had a bunch of the green leaves in the fridge together with a head of red cabbage, I wanted to use them both in a crunchy refreshing salad that satisfies the eye and the tastebuds as well.
I grated the cabbage, chopped the cilantro and combined the two with some lemon juice, olive oil and white balsamic vinegar. I added apple slices for the sweetness.
