I've given this list more thought and I think I came up with more things to do before May 9th, 2010, my thirtieth birthday...
8. Not use any of my credit cards for one entire month.
9. Go camping.
10. Try a new food that I normally say "no" to.
11. Send "thank you" notes for no apparent reason.
12. Make hand-made notes/cards.
13. Babysit for a friend.
14. Take my god-daughter out for ice cream just the two of us.
15. Make more pieces of jewelry.
16. Donate all the clothes I don't wear. This goes together with #1, since I need to organize my closet in order to do so.
17. Save 80% of one month's income (less necessities).
18. Not blame Rusty for everything in this house.
19. Make a Martha Stewart-worthy dinner party.
20. Volunteer at an organization.
21. Finish reading one book from beginning to end.
22. Make a new friend.
23. Invent a new recipe.
24. Run 4 miles without stopping.
25. Have picnic at the beach.
26. See my family (could be done after birthday if not able before).
27. Transfer all my photos from the computer to CDs.
28. Make a headboard for the bed in the guest bedroom.
29. Take a class (other than photography - maybe sewing class).
30. Have a small birthday party and celebrate with loved ones.
Great! Now I can print them out and focus on achieving them. Do you have any items on your list you want to achieve? How good are you about doing so?
